Mr. Chakrapani is a B.com graduate and worked as Health Organizer in RDT organization from 1981 to 1984. Then he joined LORD's organization at Bellary and worked from 1984 to 2002 in the capacity of Project Coordinator. Later he has joined as a Program Coordinator at Khana Hosahalli KAWAD Watershed project in Kudlige taluk of Bellary district and worked from 1995 to 2006 and taken care of the watershed activities and successfully got completed the project.Mr. C.B. Secretary
Mr. Mallikarjuna is also worked in the KAWAD watershed Project at Khanahosahally in Kudlige taluk of Bellary district from 1995 to 2004 and successfully got completed the project. At present he is working as a Librarian in Khanahosalli in Bellary Dist. & Associated with WEDS since 2002 as the Secretary. Regularly he attends the meetings of the organization and supporting the organization to function well.Team Members

Mr.Shareephasab, Computer Operator

Mr. Shareephasab hails from Lakamapur and has done his BA Education. He has also worked as a DEO in Waqf Department Koppal. At present since February 2021, he is working with WEDS organization as a Computer Pperator.
Mr. D.R. Jagatap, Administrator

Mr. D. R Jagatap is having a vast experience of working over 25 years in MYRADA, a reputed National level NGO having its head office at Domlur layout in Bangalore. He has worked in different capacities as a Community Organizer, Health Organizer, Training Administrator, CDC Coordinator and Program Coordinator in FSW / TI project since July 1992 and got retired as Training Director from Myrada Holalkere, training center, Chitradurga district in March 2015.
Mr. Manjunath H.

Mr. Manjunath has worked with Vimukthi Vidya Samsthe in Koppal as Community Organizer in the Swashakthi Project since 2001 to 2004 and successfully got completed the project. Then he has joined SGEWS NGO at Koppal and worked as the Project Officer in the NABARD watershed project from 2004 to 2016 and got completed 2 projects successfully.
Mrs. Geetha, Community Organizer

Mrs. Geetha is also having a vast experience in working with the rural women in the state. She has worked in “Mahila Samukhya” Ballary branch and she has been posted to work at Hunsur taluk of Mysore district. She has successfully got completed the work at Hunsur and also later worked at Koppal, Gangavathi, and Yalaburga from Jan 1999 to 2014. During this period she has formed the SHGs and their capacities have been built up and made them function on their own. All the SHGs have cultivated the habit of savings and become economically independent by availing the bank loans by taking up the income generation programs.
